This Moss and Lichen Kit includes moss, stones, sand, and soil, along with river stones sourced from the famous Mull River in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. When selecting the moss, I ensure a mix of different types and heights to add dimension to your terrarium or moss art piece.
The photos of the terrarium included are just a small sample of the types and quantities you will receive in this kit, covering approximately a 12” x 12” area. (Please note that the container is not included, but they are available at Dollarama.)
After assembling your terrarium, keep it very moist for the first few weeks, then mist with untreated water a few times a week. These kits are a wonderful way to bring the natural world indoors and enjoy the therapeutic benefits of indoor gardening.
